Equity supports talent, retention, and effective culture. Critically, equity drives impact. Inequity erodes it.

At its core, equity is about ongoing change: ever increasing numbers of people in the organization thriving as who they understand themselves to be, and behaving in ways that make it possible for others to thrive.  

Punitive policy and practice, and mandated training, are not enough to accelerate and sustain change.  At worst, they drive resistance.
